great location but limited breakfast options

The location was perfect for our event, making it easy to access. The English breakfast was well prepared, and the staff accommodated our preferences.

Had a mixed experience here. The staff were really nice and helpful, and the tapas restaurant next door was a gem! But man, the checkout time was super early at 9 am, and I felt rushed after a rough night. The room was comfy, but the decor could use a refresh.

The double room offered a generous amount of space and an excellent shower that saved the day after a morning hiccup. Free parking at the rear made it easy to come and go without hassle.

Room facilities felt outdated with a kettle positioned awkwardly on a shelf over the bed and clothes storage that left garments nearly brushing my face while I slept. The TV didn't work, the wallpaper was ripped, and there were several dusty corners. Noise from the pub below could be distracting, especially for light sleepers. Breakfast timing at 10am didn't suit early risers like us, making it impossible to grab a meal before departure.

Couple getaway but not without flaws

The breakfast was good and piping hot, really cant complain about that. There was free parking at the rear of the hotel which let us come and go as we liked, quite the bonus in a place like this.

It was just a prime choice for a short weekend trip in Brigg with very good value for money. The barmaid was friendly and even brought treats for our dog, which was a nice touch. Make sure to double-check your food orders to avoid mix-ups.

Noise levels can be high, especially from the pub below, which may not bother everyone, but it disrupted my sleep. the TV didn’t work, and there were signs of wear like ripped wallpaper and dust. No breakfast option for early risers, as it starts at 10am, leaving me without a meal before heading out. A lack of proper checkout procedures made leaving a hassle, as there was no clear place to drop off the key.
